At Kumarwarti Multiple Campus, we are committed to providing a structured and high-quality learning environment for all students. Below is an overview of the academic curriculum, student code of conduct, and class schedule for all programmes.
1. Curriculum Overview
Our curriculum is designed according to Tribhuvan University (TU) and National Examination Board (NEB) guidelines, ensuring a balance of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and professional development. The curriculum includes:
+2 Level (Management & Education): Core subjects, optional subjects, practical exercises, and project-based assignments.
Bachelor Programmes (BBS, B.A., B.Ed.): Major and elective courses, research projects, seminars, and internships (if applicable).
Master Programmes (MBS, M.A., M.Ed.): Advanced specialization courses, research methodology, thesis/project work, and professional training.
Curriculum Codes:
Each course in every programme is assigned a unique course code to help students identify and register for subjects easily. Example format:
BBS101: Principles of Management
BA201: Sociology II
MED401: Educational Research Methods
(Full course code list will be provided at the beginning of each semester.)
2. Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and respectful learning environment, all students must adhere to the following guidelines:
Attend classes regularly and punctually.
Maintain discipline in the classroom, laboratories, and campus premises.
Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students.
Avoid cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty.
Use campus facilities responsibly, including library, labs, and internet resources.
Follow dress code and campus regulations as instructed by administration.
Participate actively in academic, cultural, and extracurricular activities.
Students violating the code of conduct may face warnings, suspension, or disciplinary action according to campus rules.
3. Academic Calendar / Class Schedule
Semester Start Date: Usually in mid-July for Bachelor/Master programmes (exact date announced every year).
Semester End Date: Usually in mid-December for Fall semester and mid-May for Spring semester.
Examinations: Conducted at the end of each semester according to TU/NEB schedule.
Holidays: National holidays, campus holidays, and exam breaks are observed as per official notice.
Class Timings:
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Evening Shift (if applicable): 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Note: Students are encouraged to check the campus notice board or official website regularly for updates regarding class schedules, examination dates, and curriculum announcements.
4. Registration & Course Enrollment
Students must register for their courses before the start of each semester.
Course selection is guided by the academic advisor.
Any changes to course enrollment must be requested within the first two weeks of the semester.
